Before youtube was the huge network it is now. My brother and I would create videos at home and on holidays with our cousins at our grandmother’s house. Thankfully we never uploaded any of our videos back then because our acting skills were lacking, to say the least. But it was all in good fun and some days I wish we were all little kids again with a crappy camera making videos and grandmas house.

I have always had a passion for photography and videography. I love creating new things that make people smile. I received an honorable mention in the Christopher’s College Student Video Contest for my short film “One Person Can Make a Difference” over the leader of Celebrate Recovery  Jeff Watson.

I am currently studying multimedia productions with a minor in theater at Arkansas State Unversity. The theater has always had a place in my heart ever since I was a small child. I remember the first show I watched in the theater was Peter Pan and I thought it was so cool that a girl played Peter Pan. That show sparked an undying love for the arts in that small kindergartener that I was.

While I am studying at Arkansas State University, I also work as the music librarian at KASU radio.  Working at KASU has given me experience with reading radio scripts, organizing event calendars, databasing music and writing liner notes for Arkansas Artists.  I am excited to start a new video project for our monthly event Bluegrass Monday’s at the Collins Theater.
